yes, we usually order a bunch of BBQ or Pastas, have some beers at lunch, and then a white chocolate strawberry shortcake is always served at 3!

There have been years in the past where the month of May has just been like one long party in my office....there are quite a lot of May birthdays around here....but other than that, not really.

The boss tells me happy birthday. That's it. Personally, I think it should be a day off with pay. But since I'm an independent contractor, there's no such thing as a day off with pay. A day off is just that, no pay, no nothing from the company other than "When you coming back?" Ugh!!!

In my department...they decorate our desks all up... And the company just has one day every month where they get a cake or two and sing to everyone who's Birthday falls in that month...

Yes, we all have a big celebration specially because I'm the only female in the office, so we try to have a have a good time.

Yes they buy us a cake and we get balloons and a banner hangs over our cubicle saying happy birthday
