Yes. Some people report for no other reason than they disagree with the answer. It's a form of censorship by hypocrites who claim to believe in free speech. If there is obviously no infraction of the Community Guidelines, I contact customer care. If enough people do this Yahoo! may start cracking down on people who abuse the system by turning in phony reports.
