Did everyone see what Nancy Pelosi has done lately. She wanted to force a vote on a killing of armenians by turkish troops hundreds of years ago and call it a "massacre" which would result in the straining of relations between the United States and Turkey.
Turkey has allowed us to keep a large military force (for the longest time the only middle east stronghold we had) and a large air force base.
Is this good for america in a time of war?
Does anyone even listen to this bitter old crone?
Is this why congress has an approval rating of 14%?
Any ideas?

1. No, decrying an event that took place hundreds of years ago is not something we should be focusing on in a time of war. And since it could strain relations with Turkey, it is not good for America.
2. She is the Speaker of the House, and one of the leaders of her party, so many people listen to her.
3. This is indeed why the Congressional approval rating is the lowest in history.
4. Ideas? Vote her out. Hold her accountable for her campaign promises which she has not kept.

What would she say if Turkey issued a condemnation on the USA for their treatment of Native Americans, or the internment of Japanese during WWII? The point is, Turkey has already admitted their mistake and has not continued such attacks-they've learned from previous mistakes and moved on. Now, as an ally to the war effort in Iraq, are our troops in jeopardy because they can't receive food, medicine, and ammunition, be airlifted to hospitals, or receive support? For a party that claims to be so agonized over every soldier death, how many will die because of the severance of the support lines? Isn't that a classic tactic when fighting an enemy--interrupting their supply lines? Do they want Bush to suffer a defeat so much that they will sacrifice our soldiers? Whose side are these legislators on?

If Nancy continues with this it cuts off 1/3 of supplies to U.S. troops. Of course, her never being a U.S. soldier would never understand this. She doesn't care whom it hurts as long as she looks good for someone else. In short, Nancy Pelosi is an idiot and who ever hired her is a bigger idiot.
