no, chatting is considered a violation. Structure your questions in such a way that allows you to chat, but not seem that way. Its not so hard.

According to Yahoo it is - then again anything that is remotely considered 'chatting' is a violation

I have found that violations depend on who is on stage with ya, some people look for any possible reason to report and they have their little friends help....

actually if you use a "?" in any sentence it is considered a violation....funny cause if you forget to use one yahoo puts it there for you
