I don't know why I keep searching for more proof, but I do. I was advised he got a hotel room with a woman sometime around this past April. I know the hotel, but also know he would have paid cash. It's not likely the hotel would give me that information, since I'm not him, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas? Or....do any of you know anyone who works for Red Roof Inn who would be able to tell me?

I know he didn't use a credit card and I also know you have to show ID when getting a room, so his name would be on file if he did.

I know the girl did not use her own name. She claims he paid her for the BJ service. She told me that usually the MEN get the hotel room.

Checking your husbands name with the hotel may or may not work because you don't know for sure if he or the girl showed ID. Just because their records don't show him staying there doesn't confirm he wasn't there. I don't think too many married men are going to give their real name at a hotel when they are there for an affair.

If I were you, I would quietly and unassumingly keep an eye on his activities because cheaters are bound to do it again. This is probably just the first time you got wind of it.
Good Luck!

I'm in a similar situation of suspicion of my husband. Some of the others suggest calling the hotel for a reciept. That sounds like a really good idea to me. But, the best advice i've been given is to lay low. DON'T LET HIM KNOW YOU'RE ONTO HIM! I did, and it's only made him more careful. Don't ask him any questions or treat him with suspicion until you have absolutely undeniable evidence that will force him to admit the affair!

Nearly all hotels in that area have in-room safes. No logical reason someone would leave that amount of cash in a bag when a safe was available, or could have been carried on the person. Sad to say it, but more likely your husband went across the river to Laughlin and visited the casinos- and the one-armed bandits took the money. You might want to call the hotel directly and ask to speak to security and see if there was even a report filed with them of missing money. Similar "thefts" have happened for years in casino towns.

What other evidence do you have that he's cheating? If this is it, it's not much. It's just unsubstantiated gossip that would be inadmissible in any court.

I doubt that you will get any evidence of the hotel room. If you're convinced he's cheating, you will have to look for other concrete evidence.

Why are you searching so hard? Why are you so willing to believe the rumor? What has he done? What have you done?

If you keep pushing and pushing and pushing for evidence, even if he's innocent, eventually you will push him away. Is that what you want? Why don't you tell him YOU want the divorce.

Here's what you do....make a missing picture, you know like those people that be missing. Take it to the red roof and tell them you haven't seen your husband since April and you got word that he might have stayed there around that time. I'm sure they have a log of who stayed there. Good luck, but I'm sure if you have to go to these extremes you should just leave him.

you could always call the red roof inn & tell them that you lost your receit & need another one, & that you were there in April & give him your husbands name & say it was 1 room for 2 people. Who knows you might get lucky, & it would be better if you knew the date or are very close to a date that you can give them to check.

April! that's quite awhile ago! don't they usually need a credit card to reserve a room, maybe you can check the statements or call the credit card company if it's in both your names.

Very simple, call the motel, give them the name of your husband, and the date, tell them the receipt was lost, you need a copy for income tax purposes, please mail the copy to your address. Thank You.

If this were me....I would ask and ask and ask and ask and ask and ask and ask....get my point.....drive him to the point that he admits or to the point that he will let you know unequivocally that he didn't do it.
