WHEN does this 'clear liquid' start to appear. ?
If it's when you are getting sexually aroused then it's PRECUM.

Very Normal, It's called Pre-***. It's very normal and is for good use! It's a human lube. And as the other person say's rub it over the head of the penis and it will show you a difference in feeling and sensation. Have fun with it!

well I'm not gonna call you names like other people or make fun of you but you need to give more details you could be talking about pre ***,if you are hard then you notice it its pre *** i really hope this is what you're talking about.if it is it's fluid that cleans out your tube out before you *** i don't wanna use medical terms i might lose you.if this isn't what you are talking bout you need to go to your doctor you have an std or infection you shouldn't have any type of fluid leak from you for no reason at all.

It could be a number of things.
The most natural clear liquid coming from your penis should be urine. If it's not urine, perhaps you should go see a doctor.
If you are not sure about if it is urine or not, you could perhaps discuss it with your parents. It sounds like some of your education may be lacking.
