Look, it's simple math. Start counting the day your period starts until the day your period starts again the next month. That is how long your cycle is - then divide that in half - this is the time you can be pregnant. You can't get pregnant all the time - it's impossible - to the woman that stated that earlier. You only get pregnant when you ovulate - if you don't get preg, you get your period, if egg is fertilized - via sperm - then you are pregnant. There is really only about 3-4 days a month that you can get preg. Get to know your body! you should actually feel cramping around ovulation time - you should know when it's safe, and when it's not!!

I'm not being funny or anything - but you sound really young and immature to me. Don't get me wrong - young is fine, I'm only 21 and I'm trying for a baby, but I'm not immature with it.
If you don't know the basics of a human body, how are you going to be able to look after another human being?
An answer to your question, yes you could get pregnant on the 16th if your period is due on the 20th as long as the egg hasn't already started to fall apart!
But it is unlikely unless you are ovulating.
yes - you could get pregnant on the 16th.
Its possible.
But you should seriosuly think about it. how can you plan sex like that?!

Ignore the person that says you can go by the calendar. You can't. The body is not a machine. You can have an oddly-timed ovulation, or even an extra ovulation, without knowing it. That is how girls get pregnant, when the calendar says they can't.
The only way to know for sure when you are or aren't fertile is to take your vaginal temperature and check your cervical mucus every single day for the signs. Look up "natural family planning" for details.
Nothing is a sure thing.

Every woman's cycle is different. Unless you know when your ovulating, your not going to know when you can and cant get pregnant. I had a period Oct 8 and got pregnant around Oct 24. Talk to your doctor, he or she could better answer you. Good Luck!

you could but it would be extreamly unlikely coz you usually ovulate 10 days after your period has finished so the likely hood of becomming pregnant right before your period is unlikely not saying that its in possible having sex with out protection you can always fall pregnant

It all depends on if your ovulating. Most women ovulate 3-5 days after they get there period. You cannot get pregnant any day of the month, you have to be ovulating, if your not then you can't get pregnant

Well first you would need some semen to go up inside you. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible if you have unprotected sex.

I would think so. If your egg has not began shedding (your period) then I would think its possible for it to still be fertilized.
