My family has had trouble keeping my brother clean for years now. I recently found water pills in his room so i guess that rules out a urine test. Any info will help.

hair and blood test can be used but also it stays in your system for up to 2 years and can be found through those test for up to two years wher as urine is a month or two

depending on the lenth of his hair you can get it analyzed and it well tell everything he has taken ....everything
