Well, if the roles were reversed in the U.S., then yes, Sir Paul could collect money from her. But that usually only happens if the female is really rich, rich enough to be in the public eye.
Too many times women do get off very easy on things like child support. It is still common in some states for women who were stay-at-home mom's to collect spousal support after a divorce, but try to get support for a stay-at-home dad, and you are laughed at!!
My husband's ex-wife owes over $20,000 on back child support. If she was a man, she'd be in jail, as it is, they won't even take away her license. She owes more than almost all the "10 most wanted-dead beat dads". They have their pictures and profiles posted in all the DHS offices and on-line, we mentioned putting her on that list once and were told it was just for men!! Here I thought a dead beat was a dead beat!

Sir Paul was very naive not to ensure he had a prenup agreement with HM before marrying her.
He also rather rushed their marriage without knowing all about her past, so was surprised when they split and stories of her past prior to her accident emerged.
I also suspect that Sir Paul isn'y the easiest of men to live with, I suspect he is spoiled because of his wealth, mean, and used to having his own way.
Heather is a very determined person with a strong personality. I suspect she can be ruthless in making her way. Like her or hate her you have to admire her gumption in picking hrself up after an accident that would have finished many people and reinventing herself.
You may not like her and she may not deserve a huge portion of maccas fortune, but she has had his baby, a commitment of many years - and in her case a commitment that brought further physical problems - and Macca should be pleased that his daughter will have the sort of home she is used to with her mother rather than a subsistence on benefits in a council flat.

i agree, its not like heather dont earn enough already, she isnt exactly poor herself.
if i was paul, i would give her the money on the order that it goes straight to the expenses for their lil kid and he should have accounts done by his accountant as its his money that is being spent to ensure she is nicking any of it.
so what if 25m or 50m is a drop in the ocean to him, the amount dont matter, heather hasnt given anything to the family, all the stuff she was given was bought by Paul.
shame tho, I thought Paul was a sensible lad, but I guess he thought she was genuine.
looks like shes a good con artist and should be locked up for it as it should be a crime to be a gold digger.

Phone the Child Support Agency and ask them. They are a right giggle. They have no idea of real life.
