This is a tuffy I am against abortion if it is used as birth control but as a women if I was raped and got pregnant I dont know If I could raise this child since it could look like my attacker. the right thing to do would be to carry the child and give it to a loving family that can not have children
Ok so I say I am against abortion altogether everything is created for a reason and there are so many ways of dealing with it beside abortion

The are legal and they should continue to be legal. Although an abortion may not be be the decision of everyone, woman should still have the choice to do what they see fit with their own body, under their own circumstances.

Definitely, in the first 3 month. It should be up to the individual and the individual only to decide. a more open education and access to birth control would prevent a lot of abortions.

Yes -- because anything that personal should be a personal choice -- not something forced by the govt.

The issue isn't whether abortion is good or bad -- the issue is WHO gets to make that choice. Because if abortion can be made illegal, it can be made mandatory just as easily.

I think the govt should not have either power -- which is why it needs to remain a personal (not govt) decision.

Yes, they should be. A woman should not be forced to carry a child for 9 months who she doesn't want. Adoption is not always a good choice.

However, people should receive better education on contraceptives.

in some cases...but since i don't sit on the supreme court my opinion doesn't matter much...if it were left up to me though i'd let the states decide for themselves (on abortion and much more)
