What is the most emberassing thing that ever happened to you?

Lifeguard training. We were practicing putting people on the back board for spinal injuries. I was the "victim" getting strapped onto the board. The water was very cold, and my "rescuer" was this extremely (nicely put together as well) beautiful girl. Cold water and a man seem to minimize certain things in a bathing suit bottom. Cold water and a woman, tend to accentuate certain things in a bathing suit top. As she was strapping my head onto the board, I had a (pretty transparent) bathing suit top, wet with cold water on my face. (I am surrounded by 5 or 6 classmates in the water as well (all female,) and I am laying on a floating backboard.) Something popped up due to the fabric which was wet with cold water, rubbing in my face.
The giggles destroyed me.

This is disgusting but I know there are some ladies out there that can understand and relate to my embarrassing moment.
I started my cycle a little early while wearing light colored pants and ruined them as well as the chair I was sitting in at a CPR course. Everyone noticed and I just cringed. I couldn't leave to change since I lived 40 minutes away so I put a blanket around my waist and continued to pump on Annie's chest for the course.
I ruined the chair and they threw it out.

My first job was at burger king, I was 16. I had to work one day right after school so I had my perty lil uniform with me. I got to work and went into the bathroom and changed, I bent over to tie my shoe, sill in the bathroom stall, went to stand back up and hit my head right on the serrated edge of the toilet paper holder. Cut my head, had to get stitches and a tetanus shot and had a concussion, all from a toilet paper holder! =) Now that was a blond moment if I ever saw one!

This is WAY Too commonly asked.
But it happened about a week ago.
I was watching a GAY threesome on the comp, my mom walked in, said, "Boo", and hung the phone up on the hook like NOTHING HAPPENED!!
OR the time when I got home from school, rushed to my room, and watched some gay porn, but my brother (16) walked in on me. Let's just say that there was pre-come on one of the penises!
I think that's the most embarrassing thing EVER! (The latter)

I'm really afraid of dogs. My mom took me to a garage sale the other day, i'm 22, and all of a sudden i hear a dog barking really loud, and i jumped onto her back and then i found out that it was across the street fenced in. LOL
it was awfully embarrassing.

walking at the mall with my parents and brother - don't recall what we were there for - I was so involved with the converstation and watching my dad that i ran right into the STOP sign! ROFL yep I STOPPED alright! Hurt like the dickens and yes 20 some years later they still tease me about i!

I was at a party and went down 4 stairs on my knees and skinned them really bad! The funny part is that I didn't spill 1 drop of my wine!!

I stayed at a girlfriends house when I was younger(19) and instead of using the toothpaste that I forgot to bring....I used what was in her bathroom....everything seemed alright for a minute...then I tried opening my mouth and my teeth were sticking together...I had used her moms Dental glue for her false teeth!!!! It was terrible because we were home from college and going out that night......That sucked!!!!!

I was dressed as a bumble bee at a halloween party one year and I had stuffed pillows in the costume to make it filled out..... well when I tried to get up out of a lawn chair my a*s (or should i say pillow) got stuck in it and I lifted the chair right off the ground....... god was my face red!
