wear shorts when it's 40 degrees out and on the same day there are people wearing a full winter coat with gloves and a scarf?! WTF!!

lol...i have seen people wearing shorts WITH a winter coat and scarf. I just don't understand it. Maybe their bodies are different.

It's all about how thin your blood is. People who live in LV wear jackets and sweaters when the temp goes down to the 50's. People who don't live there are walking around in shorts and tees...

same reason why girls wear flipflops and a skirt on a 10 degree day and complain that its cold
and guys wear a tank top and shorts and get sick bc its cold.
ppl are strange. apparently they think that skin is in even in the extremities

I grew up in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin...Now I live in Texas and I still wear shorts while all the cowboys are running around in carhart overalls and snowshoes.

I know LOL I wonder that too. My hubby tells me that his buddys at work are in "training" Meaning they got to wear t-shirts now so that way its not THAT cold in the winter when they are all bundled up. Makes sense in a guys world, if you ask me

My guess is those people in shorts are younger than you.
I used to wear shorts all the time, now I wear longjohns and socks when it's less than 60 degrees out.

I know hey! when I was in middle school this one guy wore shorts every single day and we lived in the midwest with very cold winter's. I don't know how he did it. I get cold easily. brrrr

It depends on the body's threshold for temperature.
I am part polar bear; by the time you see me bundled up, most of my neighbors are staying in!
