practice i already done that i mean how would the world know that ive change it cuz the reason i want to change is that my signature is so damn easy that ppl who i know (specially my family)have copied it and took £1500 from my bank account and also they did fraud by my name just by copying my signature obiously im too scared to take action against them so i rather think changing my sign would be best.

You need to give notice to EVERYBODY CONCERNED that as from such-and-such a date you intend to change your hitherto normal signature to a new one "which in future I will write as thus..........." at which point you write your "new" signature. You will then receive a load of paperwork from them on which you will need to write your "NEW" signature several times, so make sure you've got plenty of ink in your pen! To do it legally requires a lot of work, if only to avoid confusion in the future. Think very hard before committing yourself. You may be better to take all of your cheating relatives to court over their alleged fraudulent use of your signature. If in doubt, see a solicitor, or at the very least, go to the Citizens Advice Bureau ! ! !

Really, the answer is -- just write it the new way you want it to be -- that's all there is to changing it.

You should also notify some places that you are changing it -- anywhere that relies on your signature on a regular basis -- such as your bank, or your employer, or your school, or whatever. If you regularly sign checks for rent or mortgage or utilities, then notify them as well.

But the notice is just a courtesy to avoid confusion -- you can change your legal signature just by using a different one.
