I have 2 crockpots and I'm afraid of pressure cookers! :)

Ummm it smells good in here, my crockpot is doing its job right now.
I don't like cleaning food off the ceiling, so much for pressure cookers.

I have both. A pressure cooker is safe, just as long as you follow the instructions and do not attempt to remove the lid when it is still pressurized. But, I prefer the crockpot -- the slow cooking method is better. With the pressure cooker, things can be somewhat watery or a bit mushy if they are left to heat for too long.

I almost got my head taken off from a pressure cooker and had a huge clean up job afterwards....so yeah, crock pots all the way.

Same here...ever try a meat loaf cooked in the crock pot...they are delicious!
