Bush isn't running for reelection.

But, it looks like the Dem-controlled Congress is going to be despised for quite some time.

They have done nothing but pass non binding resolutions. I will give the Dem's a heads up. Pass an immigration reform bill that does not allow amnesty and their approval rating will go up immensely. 85% of Americans would like to see some type of immigration reform, so why can they not get this one done, it's very popular? The short answer is, Pelosi and Reid are incompetent and will not even try reaching across the isle to get real legislation done, thus the 11% approval rating.

I think most people in America understand the reason why Congress is, quote "failing" and that is because Bush won't sign anything that doesn't help the rich get richer or makes him admit defeat.

I will give you though, the Turkey bill is completely ridiculous, but this is not the point....

Furthermore, Americans generally just don't trust Congress ever. Its odd, seeing how Congress is supposed to be our body of government that represents our say. (And has a 97% incumbency rate.) However, I think its mainly because people don't trust the representatives from other areas; that is, the ones they didn't have any say in electing. Generally, people approve of their congress man/woman.

Yeah, I think that 11% is still waiting for them and the rest of Congress to actually do something. Anything. The other 89% have already figured out they aren't what they claimed to be and could care less now.

Seeing that Congress is barely lead by Democrats, I guess it's only right you'd put the WHOLE blame on two liberals. Typical neo-con behavior. How 'bout the savior you elected to two terms in the White House? Is he saving your azz from terror?

Polled separately, Democrats in Congress get 10% more approval then Republicans in Congress.
Nice try, though.

Congress is doing a terrible job. Hopefully next election, we can get some people in office who will make a positive difference.

Interesting, that S-CHIP and Armenia take priority over the Federal budget...in Pelosi's mind.

It's the Republicans fault... Blame it on the Republicans. They are already saying future problems are the Republicans fault. The scary thing is, some people believe them!

I can't believe they passed a bill to protect "sanctuary cities" yesterday. None of my friends or family members are interested in keeping and protecting Illegals. Arrgh...
