Ox tongue stew
And before everyone goes "ewww" - believe me, the way she makes it - in a goulash-like stew, if I didn't tell you it was ox tongue, you will never know that it was. It is the only ONE thing that no one else is able to make quite like my mother. I even try to learn to make itmyself, but to no avail. That dish will always win me over if she ever wanted me to do anything around the house for her.

its not a food but my mom makes this chamomile tea with honey for me whenever i am upset.it works wonders.
