Actually, I loved it too. Especially Nicholson.

It was originally written as a stage play by Aaron Sorkin who also wrote the first 4 seasons of West Wing, the entire Studio 60 series, The American President movie, and most of the 2 season sitcom Sports Night, along with the upcoming Tom Hanks film Charlie WIlson's War, the triler of which is ow online. All his work is brilliant if mostly underappreciated. In a recent stage revival in London (2 years or so ago) Rob Lowe was cast in the Tom Cruise role. I would have loved to have seen that. He has really matured through award worthy parts on West Wing and Brothers & Sisters.

Yes, I like it a lot too - although it's been a long time since I've watched it. .but Jack Nicholson is one of my old favorites. .

yes, it is a great movie...one of Tom Cruise best films.
