I am a liberal.
I believe that every human being in a civilized society has the right to
Life=food+water+shelter(including health care)+education
Liberty=the rule of law+equal justice(including health care)
The pursuit of Happiness=Life+Liberty
I believe that the Constitution was framed to grow to include all human beings, not just the exclusive white male club that wrote and signed it. And that was the genius of it.
The responsibility of a civilized society to guarantee life does not end at birth.
This Constitutional government was formed by We the People and is us not some monster.
No individual or group's ideology trumps the Constitution.
Our guarantees to worship or not as we please are man made, not bestowed upon us by our personal versions of deity.
If the least among us does not have the same protections as the rest of us under the law, none of us is free.
We do not have the right to own whatever we can horde for ourselves in a civilized society.
We do have the right to excel in personal pursuits as long as the pursuit does not jeopardize the law and our union.
I can't speak for conservatives.

Conservatives have morals, belief in God, family values, and THINK about problems, use logic and FACT to resolve them
Liberals have loose morals, are against religion, see how they "feel" about a problem, then demand everybody else's money to try and fix it, usually with big government .
Recipe for failure ? Let a liberal be in charge of voting for thier own salary, but YOURS is supposed to be taxed if you make more than they do !

Liberals are fiscally responsible.
Conservatives are big spenders and promote big beauracracies.

One who seeks truth and knowledge, as well as peaceful meaningful life becomes liberal.
One who is greedy, violent, selfish, and sociopathical becomes conservative.

A Conservative has respect for self, country and God. I Liberal has respect for criminals rather than victims.
