For that short of a distance no BUT..........
There are bikes out there that use pressurized oil to lube the transmission and without the eng. running the "back half" of the transmission, which is still turning anytime the rear wheel is, can starve for oil. That usually takes several miles of coasting down a mountain pass (which locks up the rear wheel and left me several miles from the nearest phone). On the same note make sure you take off the chain if your towing your bike with one of them front wheel clamps that leaves the rear wheel on the ground as your as you pulling your bike.

Pull in the clutch …then… kill the engine, by turning the key not by using the killswitch.
But why bother, you might as well put it in neutral as well and then it can't lock up when you make a mistake?

No, just don't let go of the clutch until you are stopped. If you do, it will most likely lock up the rear tire.

Not if you have a short driveway.
Hope you never find anything you have to avoid in there.
