ProfessorC, I am blocking you from answering my questions (If you can see my question in the future, please refrain from answering. This comp has java script problems and block may not work). This is the last time I am going to waste my time on you.
___What RULES do you want to place on WOMEN___
I never mentioned of any rules to be placed on women. An example for a rule is:
"As a rule, this firm will allow all women who have kids below the age of 3 to have flexible working hours. They are required to work for only 80% of the time to claim full pay and they can choose their working hours"

This might actually improve the productivity of a woman who has a little kid under her care and is always stressed and unproductive during in-flexible working hours.

1. Draw out a To-Do list for each day...checking it at the end of the day to ensure all tasks were completed. Might want to include a column for recording the length of time it took for the task to be completed.

2. Prepare a 'How To' manual for every task to ensure everything is completed to your specification and satisfaction.

3. Implement a 'Carrot/Stick' environment - tangible rewards for good work...punishments for incomplete or poor work.

4. Be clear - at all times - as to what you expect. Women are not mind readers and cannot be expected to know what you want.

I am afraid I don't understand why someone hasn't called you on the sexism in this question. What RULES do you want to place on WOMEN?

The same actions you would take to make MEN improve their productivity and responsibility at work and at home. That is nothing. Women can set their own priorites.

Treat them like people instead of servants. Accept that they have knowledge of the work that they are doing. Explain in discussion the outcome that you expect - and accept their input. Be receptive to new ideas about how to get things done. Help out whenever possible.

If women got paid for housework, it would get done.

Have women be back at home so they can focus on the important things. Dividing their time between the two will never be fully productive.
