If you're talking about an angle, it is one that measures more than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees.

If you're talking about a triangle, it is one where one of its angles measures more than 90 degrees. (And less than 180 degrees by definition because if you tried to make a triangle with an angle greater than 180 degrees, you wouldn't have a triangle)
