Numbers that include decimals and fractions are called rational numbers

Natural #s {1,2,3,4...} zero not included
Whole #s {0,1,2,3,4...} zero IS included
Integers {-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3...}
Rationals {Integers plus decimals & fractions}
Irrationals {All #s that aren't rational, they repeat or never end...ex: pi 3.1415}
Real #s {everything}
