I know Indiana laws prohibit minors under 16 from tanning without a parent...?

But, I was wondering, if there are any laws against younger children (babies, toddlers, young children), from even going into the room with the tanning bed. It seems like they would give off enough rays to be harmful even in the room. If anyone can help, thanks, or tell me where I might be able to find more information.

whether it's law or not the parent should be mature and responsible enough to their own child to not let them come in to the room with them in the first place
