i love the look of this phone but everybody i know who bought it were disappointed and it broke within a few months. It's a manufacturer issue. It's nice to look at but not practical yet. It is also false advertised as 'the greatest phone out' yet it is missing many vital points people would desire. Maybe peopleøs standards are just too high though. You could give it a chance but with everybody i know disappointed, i'd avoid it if i was you.

The original ones had so many flaws that people thought they sucked in general. The new ones, though, seem to correct those flaws. It's still a bit expensive, and really not worth it if you're not using it for the music capabilities. But don't listen to people who tell you of problems with them -- they're talking about the older generation Chocolate.

very poorly designed and lots of disappointed customers.
ex Vz employees. So many people just got rid of the phone and activated another model. Used to do the activations

It's cute and thin BUT features were lame and battery short lived. If it's sexy you want this is the phone for you. Want more features? Nehhh
