Putting a password on the computer would prevent them being able to use it though whether it'd stop them from breaking it is another matter.

on start up press delete .IE bootscreen (black and white) Go into bios make a Password for Start up ( require password for start up) type it in and confirm REMEMBER PASSWORD
and save and Exit. leave your pc on your desk.
When turned on the first screen before you ever even boot to windows will require a password. NO more entry from anyone but you. to make it even harder require a windows password as well.
OR Put it in Mom and dads closet top shelf behind the wedding photo albums and pictures of the great aunt no one knows.

Are your siblings allowed to go into your parents room and take things? They should be told that this is not acceptable behaviour. Maybe you can store it in your parents room.

If you have a door to your room, lock it.

Get yourself a nice carry case for your laptop and seal it with a padlock when you leave it unattended

Just put a password on the computer and/or get a notebook lock and lock it to your bed.
