Girl:

Zoe Alessandra - I love Zoe, and like Alessandra (all the Alex- names, no matter how removed, are a bit overdone for my taste).

Bailey Quinn - I don't mind surnames or masculine names for girls, but Bailey Quinn sounds OVERLY masculine. This could very easily be a boy, and given the other two "frilly" options on the list, that doesn't strike me as your style. You might, however, like Paisley ... a similar option almost always used in the feminine sense (when a given name).

Eva Sophia - Eva Sophia O'Brien sounds like a little Italian girl with an obviously Celtic surname. ;) Fine if you ARE also Italian, and that's what you were going for, but if not I'd use something similar more fitting with the last name. Aoife -- said EE-fa, so nearly identical -- Eveline (ehv-LEEN or ehv-e-LEEN) or Aveline (ayv-LEEN, I've-LEEN -- for lack of a better explanation LOL -- or AV-e-line), for example.

Boy:

Sullivan Murphy - I absolutely love both Sullivan and Murphy. Consider the fact that all three (last name included) are common surnames, however. But it's not as problematic as something like Sullivan Flynn would be (where people might tend to reverse the order not knowing which is the given name and which is the surname). It's fairly obvious O'Brien is last, so you shouldn't run into that issue. Just something to consider (and I only notice because I had to do the same thing with our Irish last name LOL).

Grayson Alexander - Grayson is too trendy and overused for my taste (part of a huge trend at the moment), but if it's Gray you like, you can also use it as a nickname for Graham/Graeme ... and that would be VERY fitting with the last name O'Brien! ;)

Conrad Dean - I love Conrad, but Conrad O'Brien immediately brings to mind Conan. :) Not a bad association or anything. I just tend to shy away from names that sound oddly similar to familiar celebs, myself. Corbin might be a nice alternative, however.

1. Zoe Alessandra O'Brian, cute and sweet
2. Eva Sophia O'Brian, Classic and pretty
Can not go wrong with either
3. Bailey Quinn, I do not like bailey for a girl.

1. Sullivan Murphy O'Brian, Sully for short
I like Sullivan Daniel O'Brian better. Three last names, to much
2. Conrad Dean O'Brian is okay
3. Gayson Alexander, do not like Gayson
Love Alexander and Zander for short
Alexander Grayson O'Brian would be my first choice
Zander O'Brain
This way he gets a cute trendy name, and an Classic name at the same time

Grayson for a boy and Bailey for a girl (or you could change it to Zaylee, that's pretty too and much less common--- there are 3 Bailey's in my son's daycare class of 16 children).

I love Eva, it would sound nice with any of those second names you have picked out.

I quite like Grayson, it's a little unusual without being weird.
