You probably haven't won anything.
If you received notification that you'd won in an e-mail then it is almost certainly a scam. Though if you sent them any personal information you may find someone else using your identity and if you sent any money to cover processing fees I wouldn't hold out much hope of getting it back.
If it were real lottery though then you should try contacting them using old technology.

I hope you sent it certified mail.
For that much money you should have hand delivered it.
