Just to hold you over undtil you could get to the store?

I NEVER run out! I always make sure I have another pack! That's how addicted I am. Sad!

Cigarettes in the long run. Many cigarette smokers consume at least a pack a day, while cigar afficionados reserve cigars for special occasions and the like. It costs less to smoke a $20 cigar a week than to smoke a $5 pack of cigarettes daily.

Nope, cause I don't smoke. =p
However, I do like cigars, but I only have one every few months, so I do not consider that smoking. Every so often I have an urge for cognac and a cigar, and sometimes I give in to the urge.
Sounds like you have a real habit going there, one that controls your life, so to speak. Wow, you had to break out a expensive cigar to hold you over just till you get to the store?
Oh well. Hope your day gets better.

No 'cause I don't smoke cigars. I have, however, dug out ones that were 3/4 smoked in the ashtray. I've also gotten up and gone 10 minutes to the nearest open store to get smokes at 3 AM. These are signs we need to quit, don't you think?

No, but when I was living in Michigan, the town I lived in shut down around 5;00P.M. and I realized around 6:00 that I was almost out of smokes. I made my husband drive 45 minutes to the nearest "real" city to get me a pack. Now I buy another carton when I'm down to 2 packs.
P.S. I only lasted about 2 months in Michigan, no place for a native Floridian!!!!!!

I have gone thru the ashtray to see if i cut any short .. i have also gotten dressed and gone out to the store at a very late hour
