My gosh, your age group can wear anything out there. Cheap clothes? At 21 I loved Forever 21, Contempo Casuals, and Judy's.

Ebay! Try searching Theory, Ann Taylor, Jil Sander, Talbots, etc...If you know your measurements, it is a great resource for getting lovely things you couldn't normally afford. And most people are quite trustworthy, make informed decisions and you won't get burned. And the best prices/stores are not usually online. Last Call Neiman Marcus, Off Fifth, and Nordstrom Rack, have great clothes.
