After breastfeeding my children my boobs became very empty and I couldn't even fill out an a cup bra. So I decided to get breast augmentation and went up to a c cup. For me, it was totally worth it. It was an easy in and out procedure, with just a little pain for about a week. And as far as how they look and feel, they look and feel very real, not hard at all. My husband kept telling me I didn't need them, but once I got them he was very happy. And yes, you can still breastfeed. My moms friend breastfed her baby after breast augmentation with no problem at all. Good luck.

I did only because I breastfeed and ended up with nothing after!! I was very self conscious!! Did it hurt a lot I was very sore for about a week, nothing went wrong but later one can leak ect. For me it was well worth it!! Yes you can still breastfeed!! I am married and done with kiddo's so that is why I decided to go through with it!! I prefer to call it a breast augmentation!! Boob job sounds trashy!!
NOT TRUE I feel everything!!

I did, I went from a 38J to a 38C...
oh, you mean "Have you had breast implants?"
A LOT of things can go wrong, it is surgery times two after all. You'll need to do upkeep on your implants as well (replaced, etc). Breastfeeding is never a certainty until you actually try to breastfeed.
I have not had breast implants, but check out the site below for an excellent support board and FAQ section:

If you are worried about things going wrong you can always wait till you have your first kid, assuming you are going to have kids. Your breasts get larger during the pregnancy and stay that way afterward for many women. If you want a natural way to increase your breasts this could be it. If still interested in implants good luck I don't know enough about them to give feedback.

No, I have not.
I say be yourself. Love yourself for what you have. I have had friends who were small that got a boob job and they attracted the wrong kind of attention and men. Now they always wonder do they like me or just my boobs.
If one can live with that - go for it.

No boob job for me - If you aren't on birth control, go on it. It made my boobs jump from a B to a D.
