i understand what your trying to do it wont work
to charge a battey you need 13.5 volts
a battery is 12.6 volts a weak batery may low ill use 9 volts as an example as itworks here your 12.6 could bring 1 battery from 9 to maby 11 volts max but in doing soit will also be 11 volts and at 11 volts it is in need of recharge if you swapped evey day a new battery the maximum charge you will get to is 11.5 as itwill take that extra volt to charge it and it will always bring down the other battey a little best to just use a charger to charge them all up

Best not to change just 1 as the new 1 will act as the old 1 an might weaken it >Best to change all> Then there equal charging>I have 6 =6 volts>in my boat an if 1 goes bad I change all>>Keep all battery of the same make and amp hrs if on the same charging circuit>Or you can change 1 if isolated>

It depends on your set up if it's like mine there is no problem in doing what you suggest.
On my boat, one battery is dedicated to the motor, and lights.
one battery is dedicated to the trolling motor, and one battery is dedicated to accessories, spot light, radio, and other items I may want to pug in.
