Do you ever tell your co-workers, "I make this office look good"?

no, looks don't matter around here.
I don't want to give anyone a complex but it's like they just roll out of bed , throw some scrubs on and MAYBE run a brush through their hair.
And they tell me "what do you think this is a beauty pageant, they patients don't care what you look like"
they're just peaved because they're too lazy to take an extra 30 min. to atleast look presentable.
But I bet you tell your co-workers that all the time!=)

Naw. I might say that I make it "run good" but since I am almost the oldest in my department I don't look that good!

yep i do. i think your office is what you make it.. you look rough and dirty then your office and company for that matter will look rough and dirty. and it don't take no time to shower, shave, brush your hair and teeth, shine your shoe's, make yourself look presentable, who in hell wants to deal with a scrounge
