If you were sentenced in juvenile court these records are not available to the be released but if you were sentenced as an adult these are public records. Did the terms of probation include that the offense would be wiped away after successful completion of the program? If so you may need to have an attorney look into making this happen. Sometimes things in courts have a tendancy of falling through the cracks unless you follow up on them. Most employment applications only ask if you have been convicted of a felony (as an adult). Answer this only if it applies to your situation and dont offer any addtional information unless asked.

Don't volunteer any information. If they want to know, make them ask. I thought that if you were placed in a Diversion Program, when you completed it, the crime would be expunged from your records. You may need to go back and talk to the people in charge of the Diversion Program and ask them if they weren't supposed to remove the charges from your record. In most states, juvenile charges aren't held against you when you become an adult. If you don't get it cleared up now, it could haunt you for a very long time.
Now you know why people say, "Choose your friends wisely."

The program you are on should be able to help you with employment. It sounds like it is not your fault and you were in the wrong place at the wrong time but you are stuck with it now. The only thing that will help heal this situation is time. After a certain amount of time parts of your record will be wiped clean. I'm not an Angel myself but be careful about who you hang out with in future. Other peoples **** unfortunately rubs off on others, guilty or not.

This is putting too much of a burden on you. That is the only reason you need to give him. No good reason to get married before he finishes high school. Where does he live now? With his father? What does the other parent say? Where are her parents in this? married people need privacy and a place of their own. If they are both out of high school and working they can get an apartment. They will more than likely not finish college if they marry so young.

Stop being so honest, it is holding you down. You have a felony record it won't go away. A Lawyer may be able to have your record expunged.
Forget about any type of government job.

Protest against the crime charged to you because the facts of the case were distorted by the policemen so that the appropriate decision will be made in your favor.

There is a consequence for our actions. No one wants to hire someone with a criminal record. You were old enough to know better.
