my foreman at work is always verbal abusing the workers and threatens to fire people constantly.the big problem about this is that our supervisor is his budddy.what can i do and who can help in this situation?

Tell him your going to file a Hostile, Environmental harassment charges against both of them, [Thru the Gov, ]
[same as sexual harassment but relates to the job] its a Federal law that a boss can not harass the employees, or create a Hostile environment at work, even if its not a union job,

File a complaint with the superior of the supervisor of your foreman so that appropriate investigation will be conducted about the abuses.

Report to ur welfare officer and personnel manager or go to the lâbour court and file a complaint.
