When I applied for this job the office was with in my travel distance, now corporate has decided to close this office down to increase sales, and has decided to move it further into houston which is too far for me to travel to. Do I have grounds to file for unemployment?

I doubt it.

if it is still a resonible travel distance.
(whether you want to or not)

they would consider that leaving and not grounds
for unemployment.

If the move is over 20 miles farther away, maybe. I do not know what the law says in Texas.

not if you quit. you have to be laid off or fired.
