I just had my Nokia E65 delivered only to find out that it video calls people using the camera at the back of the phone!!! Unbelievable... Any way, its going back but I deliberated for ages to choose that one - now I have to choose again. Please help!

Send the phone back and dont bother getting another with 3 - they are rubbish. The service is bad with lots of no signal area's. As for customer services - its non existent if you have a problem. Go with 02 xx

Don't touch 3 they are absolute rubbish, phones don't work and network is poor and customer services!!! well I shall say no more!!!!!!!!! send it back (NOW) lol use T Mobile or Vodafone

They're a really bad network
Everyone i know has had problems with them.
and are constantly getting there phones fixed or their plans have been disconnected or charged too much

Nothing on 3 - hubby works for them and they issue all their staff with Vodafones! Says it all really.
