partly moody.... well that is the blue sky of day or the dark sky of night...it is ever present whether obscured or not by clouds.
Chance of outbursts... that is the chance of a low pressure area bringing a sudden gale force draft of wind... again also ever possible though more rare than the mood factor.
Smiley and sweet... dependant on the heat of the day
So nice it may make someone puke.... not on my weather radar.
All in all my personal forecast for today is as all forecasts are..
Sunny with a slight overcast yet unpredictable in the late afternoon with a high and low point within....
