Swan - lives in water. Has webbed feet placed at the rear of it's body so better for propulsion. Has oil gland it uses to waterproof its feathers. Has long neck to dip under water to feed.
Otter. Streamlined body for swimming - hair lies very flat along back. Feet are webbed, nostrils can be closed.
Dragonfly: Hmm.... do you mean in the air? by woodland? by water? Dragonflies are various colours, large eyes, fast flyers, and carry their front legs in a kind of basket shape to catch the insects they prey on. Their larvae live in water, and have massive jaws for hunting.

Although I don't like the term suited, here is how I would answer. Swans, otters and dragonflies are all adapted to the water environment where they live. Each has its own unique adaptation. Swans like all birds have a oil coating on their feathers that keeps them dry and the birds warm, Otters also have oil in their fur but a layer of fat keeps them warm. Dragonflies adaptation to water is that is were they lay their eggs and live as larvae. when they mature they come out of the water and feed on all the insects that are found flying around water.
