Brush your teeth after you eat
i mean you brush your teeth before you sleep
the only reason why people brush before i think is to take away the morning breath haha
i usually gargle my mouth
then eat
then brush my teeth

Why would you brush your teeth before you eat? That's like wiping before you take a s***.
