do you like burnt marshmallows?

Question

I like them flaming and blackened to charcol ...
catch about 3 of them on fire, run around in the dark using them for a torch, and then when they burn out go stick them in the freezer for a few minutes to cool off. then eat the charred remains.
unless they fall off the stick, they I just start over again and am a little more careful ...

I LOVE them when they are black and burnt. They taste the best when they are like that. Crunchy on the outside and warm and squishy on the inside.

Yes. I like a variety now - burnt, golden brown, dark brown - mix it up. Sometimes I like to have them in too parts; toast them light brown, eat the toasted outside, and then roast the soft center. But when I was a kid, I only liked them burnt: put 'em in the fire and flame them up!

I like the insides after they've been burnt, I purposely burn them just to shell them and toss the burnt part to either my mum(she love's them) or to one of the dogs.

I agree with you. I don't eat marshmallows unless they are burnt. Every try cooking them over a stove? Use a fork and place it over the eye of the stove. Same effect as cooking them outdoors.

LOL! That's funny! I loove burnt marshmallows and don't like them any other way now! There's a saying that applies to marshmallows, as well: "Once you go black.........." lol cracking myself up...
