everything is ok power is also on on moniter but display is not showing what can i do?

Recheck your cables make sure all of them are plugged in. Also if you have another computer try plugging the monitor in to that PC to see if it works. If your still getting nothing then It sounds like it's time to get a new monitor.
Also check your PC cables because if your getting a amber light on your monitor it's possible your PC is not powered up after clicking the power button if so you may need a new power supply for your PC.
My guess is you do have two PCs because you are able to request help from here so try your monitor on that second PC to see if it works. That's the fastest way to know.

Try to reinstall your monitor. Also on the monitor check the brightness and the other stuff right there, maybe it is set so dark you can't see anything.

Try attaching it to a computer. You'll need either a "DVI" or "VGA" cable - they should come in the box along with the monitor.

confirm that the monitor is attached to the computer
and the computer is up and running, not just hibernating?
