Pitching wins in the postseason. The Indians have better strating pitching and a bullpen to back them up. C.C. Sabathia and Fausto Carmona might be the best 1-2 tandum in baseball right now. Follow that up with Jake Westbrook who had a great outing against Boston and Paul Bryd has been lights out this postseason. Jansen Lewis has been a great arm out of the bullpen. Plus add in the Raphael twins and that's solid middle relieve. Joe Browoski although he makes it exciting is a solid closer. Colorado is a good young team but the Indians pitching will make them the favorite. Plus the AL has home field advantage which will help. Not too mention the fact that the AL is the better league. I say Indians in 5

I really think the sentimental favorites will be Colorado because it is their first time in the World Series.
That is except for Cleveland fans. To me it makes no diff because I'm a baseball fan first and Cardinals fan second.
Either way, the sceptics who think because the Yankees or Bosox aren't there doesn't mean the Series will be a flop. The true baseball fans will tune in.

I believe it will be a toss up, maybe a slight edge to the Indians because of home field advantage.

I agree Tribe is almost always the underdog and if so that is fine with the team and the fans.

(still need to get this last game though 1st.)
