Yes and I am one of them,I just don't get it even when my partner explains for the 10th time just like percentages.

yeah, you already have this problem. coz you cant say 5 out of 4, you have to say 4 out of 5.

Fractions are boring compared to fractals.
I prefer fractals. math is art.

yes i do because i know because 12 kids in my class of 16 have a problem and im a senior in high school

That is because 1/5 of them didn't study! hehe {and u were one weren't ya, cuz we all know that ya can't get 5 outta 4 unless you are doing algebra haha!!! :o) }

and there are three reasons for this.
1. cruel math teacher
b. lack of concentration
square root of 9- there could be a bi polar in the equation.
