If a Ltd company move from there registered office owing money but not in receivership can we serve court papers on them at their home address

You serve the papers on the company, not on the individuals. A company is obliged to file the change of registered address if they should move. A creditor who serves papers or writs to the last known registered address obtained from carrying out a search at the Companies Registry is deemed to have served them properly.

NO person can be served papers for a limited company it is the company that owes the debt not a individual so the answer to your question is NO
companies house would be the place to get information

the person who owns the company as only got a limited liability ie £1 in most cases so serving papers on a individual will only get you £1 or what the limited liability that's applies
this is why ppl set up limited companies so if they go bust it is the company that goes banko not the person that set the company up in the first place

Yes, I'm sure you can. Find out who the director is and chase him/her. If they are not in receivership you should continue to actively pursue them. If you are having trouble locatinmg them, pass the account to a tracing agent.
