I think some of the answers have covered this off.

I agree that a few days away and a change of scenery makes you become more focused and revitalises you although not always easy depending on your individual situation but it will help.

Being over tired might also be the issue and as someone said simply drinking water is good and clears the body of toxins.

Maybe you have something on your mind, or someone !? or maybe you should stop using Yahoo answers during the day !!!

Have a decent supply of chocolate and always remember that in just one year from now all this will seem relativly unimportant and you will almost certainly, like everyone else in your workplace, have completely forgotten all about it.
To gain or regain enthusiasm you realy need to have something to look forward too after work.
If you are having fun out of work hours the chances are you will find that your days fly bye at work.
A large amount depends on your work colleagues, if they are dull and getting you down or you just don't feel like you truly belong there, you realy must start looking for another place to work. It's a big world and it's all yours if you want it. You only live once so never put up with second best.

you dont. if your bored and you aint got enough work to keep you going through the day you lack enthusiasum about it. Just take some time off if you have any holidays left to take. you might feel better after a small break.

I know the feeling i tend to go off on one at work and have a mental five minutes......ok sometimes 15 minutes.....alright pretty much the whole day.lol but basically you've got to think that at the end of the day your working and your bringing in some money, i dont think there is true job satisfaction? put it this way work is like prison, do your time and then go on home :O)
