Black and two sugars for a quickie. However if it is a quiet time and I can relax and enjoy then i make a double espresso and add some almost boiled milk and mix them together. Standard you might think but the next bit is the all important step. Pop two icecream flakes into the cup and leave them for a mnute or two before drinking. MMMMMMMM. All the foodgroups in one except the fruit and veg oh and cereals I suppose. But who cares? Its delish!
