Yes. As Nietzsche says;

"The ugly is understood as a suggestion and symptom of degeneration: whatever reminds us in the least of degeneration causes in us the judgment of "ugly." ["ugly" is *hässlich* in German, literally "hately". Bear this in mind later on.] Every indication of exhaustion, of heaviness, of age, of weariness; every kind of lack of freedom, such as cramps, such as paralysis; and above all, the smell, the color, the form of dissolution, of decomposition—even in the ultimate attenuation into a symbol—all evoke the same reaction, the value judgment, "ugly." A *hatred* is aroused—but whom does man hate then? But there is no doubt: the *decline of his type*. Here he hates out of the deepest instinct of the species; in this hatred there is a shudder, caution, depth, farsightedness—it is the deepest hatred there is."
[Nietzsche, Twilight of the Idols, Skirmishes, 20.]

If this is true - and I think it is -, the opposite must also be true: the opposites of all those depressing things mentioned must evoke the value judgment "beautiful". And as "ugly" means "hately", "beautiful" must mean "lovely". A *love* is aroused - and whom does man love then? There cannot be any doubt: the *rise of his type*. Here he loves out of the deepest instinct of the species - it is the deepest love there is.

Eugenics has many different meaning. Historically, the term has been used to cover everything from prenatal care for mothers to forced sterilization and euthanasia.
The term eugenics refers to movements and social policies too, that were influential topics during the early 20th century. In a historical and broader sense, eugenics can also be a study of "improving human genetic qualities. Eugenic can be applied to describe any human action whose goal is to improve the gene pool (as the Nazi movement had tried to apply to the future German generation).
Your intention about love is marriage not true love; I'm sorry for you. So I don't agree that love is eugenic.

Love is a function in the Will and I hypothesize that it is formed to know the correct species for reproduction, but the Judgment is negative and its form is socially dependent. Abnormalities are strange, but do we know abnormality from strange and how; all people are strange. In humans, love is a species in its self having more than one of its kind according to the needs of the ego, the formation in the Judgment and the wholeness of the Will in its birth.

Concrete operational stage (Elementary and early adolescence). In this stage (characterized by 7 types of conservation: number, length, liquid, mass, weight, area, volume), intelligence is demonstrated through logical and systematic manipulation of symbols related to concrete objects. Operational thinking develops (mental actions that are reversible). Egocentric thought diminishes.

Yes. Love is always a good path to use. It makes all things new. It can improve someone's mood. It can make a sick person well. It can enliven the weary. It can make you love life. It can make life worth sharing. It can make a man live longer and therefore become wiser. This can be handed down. And ultimately improve the human race.

That's a new word for me, and I don't think I really understand it.
I don't think love is, but perhaps selective attraction or arranged marriages may be to some degree.

I'm just guessing here.
