First it is phosphoric acid.

Second it is commercially available.

Third, "pure" is a relative term. How pure and why that level of purity? Check the American Chemical Society (ACS) puritity classifications to determine what you need.

Fourth there are numerous chemical supply houses that have this material. Of course you will have to disclose why you want to buy it and estabish a vendor - customer relationship with them. They do not sell such product like bread is sold in a grocery.

Fifth, what is your real reason for wanting it? Given your obvious complete lack of even basic chemical knowledge, you have absolutely no business using this product. I suspect your real purpose is dishonorable and you are following some sort of "cook book" to make either an explosive for terrorist purpose or an illegal "drug" for illegal "drug" vendor purposes. You will likely risk yourself and the facility in which you will make your preparation because you have absolutely no idea what you are doing. I frankly don't care about the risk you may bring yourself. I care about the risk you are bringing to innocent bystanders. Do not mess with chemicals until you are properly trained and do not ever "cook book" a formula written by others who are most likely equally untrained.
