I would wait, just like my daughter when she gets a little gift from her teachers for christmas she doesnt want to open it straight away, even when all the other kids cant wait to look inside.

Depends how long I have to wait. If its ages, then I'm opening it. If its only a few days, then I'll only do the smell & shake test on it...lol

I would really really try to not open it but i don't know if I could wait that long, I would find out who it was from then try and resist the tempation, whether i could do it or not is another question!

Yes I would wait. It would make me crazy and I would shake it and try to guess what it was but I would be a good old lady and wait. Why spoil the fun?

yes...the suspense would near kill me but I would wait as it would make Xmas special....It is I who does the Xmas shopping so there are never any surprises for me....its pretty ordinary when the other half can't even take the kids shopping for their mum.

I'd probably open it just to take a peek, but then close it right up and not touch it until Christmas.

Unwrap it. See what's in. Well the other person wouldn't know it and if he comes to know about that tell that Santa Claus asked you to open it in your dream.
(funny part: Most probably he wouldn't believe. That's the funny part for you to see.)
