an earlier answerer asked for Example
The Patriotic act.. Is Unconstitutional
My Gun Taken by National Guard in New Orleans Hours after Katrina Hits and the National Guards Man is From Oklahoma. The Constitution Prohibits the use of the Mulishia (SP) on us citizens
Violation of 2nd addment to take my gun
The Constitution also states that the Federal Government Can not
Be in charge of a State Mulishia . They are here to Protect US From the Federal Government.
So why OK Army in Louisiana why they take my gun In a Deaster when I need it most
The Clearing of the skys on 9-11 was a violation of free trade and a violation of intrastate Commerce
Today I Had to Have Paper work showing That I'm a Pilot That I have a Plane That That Plane Is Parked at That AirPort before I Could get to My Plane..
So what will stop the goverment from doing the same to you and your car parked your Garage in the Morning..
Thay just pass some bill that say cars a threight to Nation security. and you go to Jail

YES, I think the government is ignoring our right to speak to terrorist. This is a god given right the we as Americans have and it cannot be taken away.
That big diversion (9/11) along with all the other diversions, (embassy bombings, USS Cole, twin towers attack, etc) were all designed and perpetrated by Bush and Cheney.

Terrorists have killed people for a long time its only recent we have the whole war on a word hoo ha. They ignore our privacy warentless searches abolishment of habeus corupus being able to call anyone a enemy combatant and take them off to guantanamo. Also wire tapping any phone they want without permission now your guilty until proven innocent. Why is all this happeneing why is the government ignoreing all this stuff? Simple answer because we the people let them we are so wrapped up in our own little world with out Iphones and out internet and our cable tv and our football and cars and our cheap walmart prices. As long as we have all those we let them do whatever they want because remember all that is for your own protection they keep us comfortable.

So what? Does your delusion that terrorism is a "diversion to put fear in people" override the real world concerns of others?
When you become President or get elected to Congress, you can make policy. Until then, you are just an observer the same as the rest of us.

Well, the planes flying into buildings on 9-11 certainly diverted my attention. As did the suicide bombing of the Marine Barracks in Beirut, the suicide bombing of the apartments in Saudi Arabia, the suicide bombing of the USS Cole, the first bombing of the World Trade Center, the subway and bus bombings in London, the taking of hostages and murders of the Russian Ballet (Chechen Separatists=Radical Muslims), the night club bombings in Bali, the hijacking of the cruise ship and murder of a crippled old man because he was Jewish...shall I go on?
Pull you head out of you butt. The view of you colon is what is distracting you.

Well you should know now that you never ever had any privacy to start with. That was always a falacy.
Your rights have been eroded and changed well away from your own countries constitution.
Your own president (Bush) has altered laws and interpretations of your laws to try and make us all believe that he isn't a war criminal.
The truth is he is for invading Iraq. And for allowing torture to get to an end of his means. And for taking away the liberty without charge of who knows how many people.
Your pricacy laws no longer exist except in the minds and on the surface of things. Behind the scenes they're all gone.

For one thing we the people aren't making enough noise about the sinking of the Constitution. When GW said 'that G D piece of paper' that shows his respect for it almost resentment. Also the 'attack' was never correctly investigated that is the excuse for this line of drastic change to our country.
